Refund & Return Policy
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Our customer support team is available to assist you, answer your questions, and help you in case of any issue.
Our money-back guarantee is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
All return requests must be submitted via our contact form, including your order number and a detailed explanation.
Once your request is received, we will email you a document containing the return address and instructions.
Product returns must be sent exclusively to our address in Switzerland. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
From the moment we send you the return instructions, you have 6 calendar days to drop off your parcel at the post office. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the same state as when you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging, including all components: accessories, cables, tags, protective pouch, and any gifts or samples included with your order.
Refunds are issued only after the returned items have been received and inspected, provided they meet all conditions listed above.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the original payment method will be credited within a few days.
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company—refund posting may take some time.
Contact your bank. Processing delays are common.
If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact form.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are unfortunately non-refundable.
In rare cases, manufacturing defects may occur. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will be happy to replace it with a new one after the product has been returned and inspected by our team.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Deliveries within Switzerland are handled by DPD.
Please note that delivery is made without signature. Proof of delivery (e.g., a photo of the parcel left at your door) may be provided by DPD.
By placing an order, you agree to this delivery method.
If the parcel is marked as "delivered" by the carrier and proof of delivery is provided, we cannot be held responsible for claims of non-receipt.
In some cases, tracking information may take a few days to update. Thank you for your patience.
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
Once the return is received and processed, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. They are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
